Not far from the E42 Verviers Liège motorway, this events space offers three rooms equipped with the latest technology. Each room provides a screen that can be connected to a computer for projections. There's also a flipchart and a whiteboard that can be moved if necessary into the different rooms. These spaces are modular and provide space for up to 92 people in the Coeur de Maison room and up to 106 when using the two wings in banquet configuration.

This venue also has a covered terrace with a stretch tent (available only in combination with the rental of the Coeur de Maison room) as well as 80 free parking spaces.
