A prestigious location for your gatherings
Are you looking to add a cultural spin to your next professional event? Choose Musée de la Boverie! This unique location makes it possible to explore an exhibition or the permanent collection in a VIP manner while also hosting your guests in a business setting.
Nestled in a magnificent building at the heart of a forested park, between the Meuse river and Dérivation canal, the Museum of Fine Arts in Liège was built for the Universal Exhibition in 1905 in a Neoclassical style. Recently, it has undergone renovations. Since 2016, Musée de la Boverie has been presenting an itinerary of international exhibitions, and monographs by Belgian artists and up-and-coming talents. Musée de la Boverie also exhibits almost 150 masterpieces from the Fine Arts collections of the City of Liège, many of which are signed by leading historical figures.
This cultural hub now offers guests the chance to organise their event amidst these works of art, with several spaces available. The glass roof can accommodate between 100 and 500 people over an area of 1,200 m², while the rose garden offers a view over the park and can host between 50 and 200 people. The rotunda can accommodate between 20 and 70 people. Finally, the auditorium comes with a stage manager and a stage. It has a capacity of 160 tiered seats, and is perfectly equipped for events of any kind.
Team-building activities (guided tours, visitors' guides, artistic activities, such as modelling or engraving, etc.) can also be arranged as a complement to this business offering. The cafeteria boasts two terraces that overlook the park, while a paid car park at the Médiacité shopping centre is only a five-minute stroll from the museum.
