Opening in autumn 2023, the OM complex is located close to the centre of Seraing and Liège, while also being near to major roads and motorways, leading to Germany, Luxembourg and Holland.

With good public transport links and a large car park with 850 free spaces, the site is easily accessible by any means of transport.

Nestled in an industrial estate steeped in history, the OM is a multi-purpose venue capable of hosting all your events (concerts, receptions, conferences, meetings and galas), with state-of-the-art acoustics and equipment.

 You will find 3 rooms of different sizes and capacities:

• The Trasenster Room is the main room in the complex and can accommodate up to 1,700 people in concert mode.This large room with a stage features cutting-edge technical equipment and impeccable acoustics, not to mention a qualified technical team for all types of events.
• The Louva Room used as a bar during concerts is also ideal for more intimate receptions or after-parties with a capacity of 300 to 500 people.
• The Club Room can also accommodate 300 to 500 people.

The venue also has an outdoor terrace that can be used in summer for your receptions as a smoking and/or foodtruck area, a restaurant run by Joo Stassart (‘Racines' caterer) and ‘backstage' areas (7 boxes).

With its multidisciplinary, bilingual (French/English) team and project manager, this service provider can offer you a turnkey project that meets all your requirements.

In particular, the team can submit a special quote for your group for a concert scheduled at their venue.
