Enjoy a special experience at the Prehistory museum
The Préhistomuseum is a truly unique setting, nestled in protected woodland and housing the Ramioul cave archaeological site. The museum is a place like no other – and the ideal venue for memorable event for your colleagues or customers.
The museum boasts a 168-seat auditorium with audiovisual equipment, private spaces for workshops, receptions or meetings, modular, heated tipi tents (capacity: 270 seated/550 standing), and many other facilities for hosting events of any type.
The 30-hectare grounds are ideal for outdoor activities and practical guided workshops, and there are two permanent exhibitions that you can explore at your leisure as part of your programme.
On site, you can admire archaeological artefacts, learn more about the work that archaeologists do, and attend workshops such as flint-cutting and fire-making using Prehistoric methods, and even jewellery-making.
And, if you like, you can book a tasting session where you’ll get to sample dishes inspired by ancient recipes. Travel back in time without ever leaving the present!
