Designed by Liège resident Jean-Paul Lespagnard, the ‘Silversquare Guillemins' space was recently installed in the brand-new ‘Paradis Express' complex, the Guillemins trendy eco-neighbourhood. This site is incredibly well situated, a few metres from Guillemins station and Boverie Park. Its remarkable use of colours and materials gives this open space a unique atmosphere.

As a successful concept that's already active in Luxembourg and Brussels, Silversquare offers unique coworking spaces designed as havens of peace for demanding professionals who seek effectiveness, concentration and contacts. With a surface area of 2,383 m² spread over a ground floor and two storeys, the office space has no fewer than 74 private offices and 248 modular workstations in a particularly inspirational setting.

Silversquare Guillemins provides office spaces for companies of 1 to 100 people that are looking for flexibility and productivity as well as 4 rooms with a capacity of 4 to 80 people. They are all equipped with Wi-Fi and air-conditioning and can provide a beamer, a flipchart, an overhead projector and a screen.
